WHY WE DO THIS
It started with a simple question: What if your favorite team met another city's legacy? As lifelong baseball fans, we've always appreciated the rich history and culture that each franchise brings to the game.
But we noticed something missing in the headwear game. Everyone sells the same official caps, the same colorways, the same designs. We wanted something different — something that speaks to fans who appreciate more than one team, who've moved cities, or who simply love the art of the mashup.
MatHat Brand was born from that passion. Each crossover design is carefully crafted to honor both cities while creating something entirely new. It's not just about wearing a hat — it's about wearing a conversation starter.

Design Phase

Material Selection

We source premium wool blends and cotton twill for durability and comfort. Colors are matched precisely to team standards—no knockoff shades here.
Production
3-4 weeks
Small batch manufacturing ensures quality control on every single piece. Each hat is hand-inspected for embroidery precision, stitching quality, and color accuracy.
Quality Check

Before any hat ships, it passes our 12-point inspection. We check fit, finish, embroidery alignment, and overall construction. If it doesn't meet standards, it doesn't ship.
